Kinetic Grace is a small, Black-owned, lovingly run studio here in Snellville, serving the greater Atlanta area. We bring one thing to your celebration and we bring it beautifully: a vintage-style phone, set up with care, tested before a single guest arrives, and collected again without you having to give it a second thought.
Being local means we can do what a shipping box never could — show up early, style the table to match your room, and be a real person you can reach the week of your wedding.
Not at all! The phone records happily on its own. All it needs is a standard outlet within about ten feet, and if your perfect spot doesn't have one, just tell us a week ahead and we'll bring a battery pack.
As many as they'd like! There's no limit and no per-message charge. Guests often wander back later in the night to leave another one — and those late ones are usually the best.
Within five business days you'll get a private link to download every message as a standard audio file. We hold onto a backup for 30 days and then delete it for your privacy, so do save your files somewhere safe when they arrive.
Life happens, and we get it. You get one free date change with 30 or more days notice, subject to availability. Beyond that, your deposit becomes a credit good for a full 12 months — and it's transferable, so you're welcome to gift it to someone you love.
Delivery is included within 30 miles of Snellville, and past that it's just $1 per mile round trip. Not sure if you're in range? Please ask — we'd so much rather give you a real number than leave you guessing.
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due seven days before your event. We'll send a secure invoice you can pay by card in a couple of clicks. Just so there are no surprises: dates aren't held until that deposit comes through.
Most couples reach out two to six months ahead. We only take one event per date, so the sooner you say hello, the better your chances on a spring or fall Saturday — those go quickly!
